Goods must be paid for prior to shipping. Your details are confidential and will not be released to any other party.

For wholesale customers, as above and the first order is pro-forma (payment upfront).Thereafter, after an approved credit application, a 30 day account is offered. Goods remain the property of Tanplaters until full payment has been received. If full payment is not received, within the stated terms, Tanplaters has the right to repossess stock and/or recover monies owning. All expenses occurred in the recovery of money owning or stock will be the responsibility of the purchaser. 10% interest will be charged on outstanding accounts overdue 14 days or more.

You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
